Car-free natural paradise

The mountain village of Stoos is car-free and can only be reached by mountain railway or cable car. Take a moment to read through the arrival information in detail so that you arrive at the summit at 1,922 metres above sea level feeling relaxed.

Our recommendation:
Take the world’s steepest funicular railway from Schwyz and experience the first highlight of your stay. You then continue with a comfortable chairlift from the Fronalpstock, which brings you conveniently to the entrance.

Alternatively, take the aerial cableway from Morschach. As a hotel guest, you can park free of charge near the aerial cableway. Ask for an exit ticket when checking out.
