Our employees, our success

Diversity is part of everyday life at Stoos Hotels. People with different backgrounds, experiences and personalities work together across our three hotels and bring their own strengths to the team.

Work and life should fit together as well as possible. That is why we are open to part-time models and flexible solutions, for example for employees who are studying alongside their job or would like to take unpaid leave for a longer trip. Families also benefit from our mountain daycare centre located directly at Stoos Lodge, where Stoos Hotels employees receive a 50% discount on childcare costs.
